Angenommen du hast 2 Textfelder:

Text1.Text = Format(3, "0.00" ' Liefert "3,00"
Text2.Text = Format(3.05, "0.00" ' Liefert "3,05"

Die Formatierung legst du bei "0.00" fest. Siehe auch VB-Hilfe zum Format-Befehl.
