das stand im Reichelt-Datenblatt nicht drinnen (jedenfalls hab ichs nicht gefunden)

D.h. ich hätten einen KTY81 oder KTY82 nehmen können. dann wär die Polung wurscht. Die sind nur leider zu groß, aber wenn man das weiß kann man ja auch drauf achten

Ach und wenn ich die Augen aufmache stehts auch da ( auf Seite 8 ):

KTY83, 84 and 85 sensors are marked with a coloured
band to indicate polarity. The published characteristics of
the sensors will only be obtained if the current polarity is
correct. In events where the current polarity is incorrect,
the curve R = f(Tamb) differs in the upper temperature
range significantly from the published form.
Note: Light, especially infrared light, also has an influence
on the sensor characteristics when the current polarity is
incorrect.
