Problem mit Schaltun / Programmierung C / PIC18F25K22

Hallo zusammen,

nun da meine Wenigkeit doch recht neu in der PIC Programmierung ist, würde ich mich sehr über etwas Hilfe freuen.

Problem: In Proteus funktioniert alles einwandfrei, auf dem PIC auf / der Schaltung leider nicht.

Teilweise schalten die Transistoren durch ohne das irgendwas aktiviert ist und das Entprellen der Taster scheint auch nicht zu laufen.

Ich wär für jede Hilfe sehr dankbar!

Gleich vorweg, ich habe von PIC keine Ahnung.
Der Schaltplan ist durch den darunterliegenden Raster nahezu unleserlich.
Transistoren schalten gerne wahllos wenn der µC Ausgang hochohmig ist.
Du verwendest die Kollektorschaltung, die Transistoren schaltet nie ganz durch.
Kondensator sehe ich auch keinen an VCC.
Wenn es in der Simulation funktioniert sollte es eigentlich nur an der Hardware liegen.

Nachtrag: Wenn sich in deinem Programm jemand auskennen soll, dann wären Kommentare wichig.

Mit PICs kennen ich mich ebenfalls nicht aus. Aber zusätzlich zum oberen Post fällt mir auf das die Transistoren falsch sind. Wenn du NPN nimmst musst du die Last zwischen + und Transistor, der Transistor schaltet dann nach Masse. Oder du nimmst deine Schaltung und nimmst statt des NPN einen PNP.

PS: Der Raster im Hintergrund ist nicht das Problem. Das Problem ist die Bildqualität.

So ist es besser, es würde mich interessieren womit du zeichnest. Der Raster lässt sich sicher ausblenden.
Die Frage, warum diese Transistorschaltung bleibt.

Also das ist ein Screenshot aus Proteus.
Ich sollte vielleicht noch dazu sagen, dass ich kein Elektrotechniker bin, sonder mir alles nebenher selbst aneigne bzw. auf mein Schulwissen (von vor 15 Jahren) zurückgreife.

Ich bin lediglich ein einfacher Informatiker (Na gut... Programmiern kann ich :) nur bei den PICs heisst es umdenken)

Diese Schaltung ist für eine Fursuite (Wolf in Menschengestalt) mit Animatronik gedacht.

Thema Transistorschaltung:
Ich wusste irgendwas mach ich da verkehrt. Ergo: Last vor den Transistor packen?
Hinzu bin ich nun unsicher was die Basiswiederstände angeht. Bei 5V und max. 25mA

Die Last kommt vor dem Transistor. Beträgt die Last pro Transistor max 25mA? Welche Lasten hast du genau (Spannungen und Ströme). Wenn du induktive Lasten schaltest (Motoren, Lüfter, Relais, ...) benötigst du eine freilaufdiode antiparallel zur Last.

Lüfter (ein einzelner 50mA und 5 Paralell geschaltet - 250mA) Die hier,

Ah... Jetzt versteh ich... Sollte das aber nicht zu gering sein? Der Transistor wär ein BC547C NPN

Die Emitter der Transistoren kommen an GND. Die Lasten (Lüfter, Led, ....) kommen vom Kollektor nach +.
Die Basiswiderstände sollten etwa 1k8 sein.
Bei diesen Lüftern brauchst du keine Freilaufdioden, die haben eine interne Elektronik.
Ich würde dir auch raten die Versorgungsspannung des µC von den anderen Verbrauchern zu entkoppeln. Besser wäre eine eigene Stromversorgung. Servos brauchen beim Anlaufen, speziell unter Last, sehr viel Strom, bis zu 1A.

ich hätte das wohl so geschrieben:

kann aber sein, dass es identisch ist. Ich steh da etwas auf Kriegsfuss mit "C"

Liegen die Taster direkt an der positiven Versorgung ?
Ich glaub das mag der PIC an den Eingängen nicht wirklich.
Eigentlich könnte man die internen Pullups einschalten und die Taster sollten dann nach Masse schalten.
Taste gedrückt = Low, nicht gedrückt = High durch den internen Pullup.
Aber genau der Port C an dem die Tasten hängen hat keine Pullups.

Wenn Du das LATC Register auf Low schaltest und dann einen Taster drückst, gibt es einen schönen Kurzschluss am Port.

Deine Portbits stehen alle auf Output
Muss da bei TRISC nicht was auf Input für die Tasten ?

Zur Schaltung: Hat der PIC keine internen PullUp für die Tasten? Ansonst die +Leitung für die Widerstände nach der Diode abnehmen.

er meint die gemeinsame Leitung wo alle deine Widerstände von den Tasten dran hängen.
Diese sollte hinter der Diode D7 rangehen. Also direkt an VDD vom Prozessor.
Weil: die Portpins sonst "höher" liegen als die Versorgung vom Prozessor.
Dadurch können die internen Schutzdioden im Prozessor leitend werden und den Chip zerstören.

@Hubert_G: nein, an diesem Port C hat der PIC leider keine Pullups.

Für deine LED's brauchst Du keine Treiber. Wenn ich richtig gerechnet habe fliesst da bei einer Roten LED ca. 11mA Strom
Der PIC kann an den Ausgängen 25mA liefern.
Also nur Widerstand und LED.

Das sind nur "Test"LEDs. Hier läuft eine Kanalsteuerung für einen Funkempfänger drüber.
000 = Channel 1
001 = Channel 2
010 = Channel 3
